Primary Authorship
My name is Greg M. Fleishman and I built PyRPL in pursuit of my Ph.D. thesis, titled "Practical Implementation and Application of Geodesic Regression in Diffeomorphisms to Brain Image Time Series" which was filed and defended in November, 2016; you can find my thesis here. My doctoral studies were pursued at the Imaging Genetics Center, a division of the Lab of NeuroImaging at UCLA. I am currently a post-doctoral fellow with the PICSL group at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mentorship and Support
The development of PyRPL was supervised and funded by Dr. Paul Thompson, the IGC BD2K Center, and the ENIGMA consortium in part by NIH grant U54 EB040203.
